Returns Policy
According to the CPA of South Africa, customers have the right to return defective or unsatisfactory goods within a reasonable time period for a refund, repair or replacement. Therefore, unless books are bought on consignment by a book shop, if packaging has been removed, books are unfortunately non-refundable and
cannot be exchanged for other products, unless (a) we sent you the incorrect title or (b) there is a serious production flaw, such as missing pages or an upside-down cover, or (c) the book is returned (or packed for return) the same day it has been delivered and still in the same new condition you have received it and placed back in its packaging.
If the above criteria holds, please send your copy back to us and we will gladly refund you or replace it at our cost. Please note that small printing errors can occur which are out of the control of the publisher, although every effort is made to produce and distribute flawless books.
Please be so kind as to send a detailed e-mail and photographs to info@audienceofonemedia.co.za of said issues or flaws before sending the book back and immediately after the error has been discovered.
Please note that we can only send new copies if there is stock left, and if the claim is made within 21 days of receiving your copy.
